http://www.cfbdatawarehouse.com/data/rankings/all_time_team_rankings.php we were 14th before the season.
i thought we were #12 when 2003 started. a top 10 position is great for lsu and great ammunition against these puffy tiders, trojans and sooners who gloat about their football tradition. getting to the top 5 could take some time with this point system and about 2 or 3 more national championships. if there is one coach who can do it, we have him.
We're 9th but alot of room seperates us from Texas @ #8. I did notice however that we have the 4th hardest schedule all time while USC is @ #16!
http://www.cfbdatawarehouse.com/data/rankings/decade_team_rankings.php?period=2000-2003 we're #5 in the new millennium. i'd like to see lsu take the top spot. how did usc get the 125 points? when did they win a nc this decade
The all time rankings is where tradition claims are based. Amazing to see 6 SEC teams in the top 25 and 8 in the top 30. Just shows how much tradition the SEC really has. We are now number 2 in the SEC but its going to be very difficult to catch Bama. They are way ahead and probably wont stay down forever.
You can check out the AllTime Conf. rankings where the SEC is rated #1 by a pretty substantial margin.
ok, ok....guess what this is from 0.00 0.00 that is under "national championship points" and "big 4 bowl points" for the university of texas....ha answers of mississippi and auburn would have also been acceptable.
