    I agree.
I don't think anyone realized my comment above when I stated it would be better off for the country if these rag heads died in a shoot out, whether there is a shootout or not.
I don't want these people tried in NYC just like 55% of NYers.
I don't want them in US prisons and I don't want us to spend a dime on them other than a bullet or target practice.
I'm talking about Al Qaeda terrorists.
Any lessor prisoners should be tried in military tribunals.

I wasn't for it then and I'm not now.
I think ALL of these should be tried in military tribunals.
FDR used military tribunals and he executed some before the supreme court ruling came down during WWII
There were many things that I did and didn't support from the last administration.
As U probably know I don't support this administration at all.
I hope they crash and burn, you can use this to paint your picture.
    Hope that helps you out!

But the difference is that some believe Mohammed will turn this into a kangaroo court.
In military tribunal hearings at Guantanamo, Mohammed also showed a propensity for grandstanding. In one letter released by that tribunal, he referred to the attacks as a “noble victory” and urged U.S. authorities to “pass your sentence on me and give me no respite.”

Moussaoui trial, the first in US over 9/11, surprised everyone, confounded predictions

lol, how is that a difference. Thats an opinion of what someone thinks, mostly conservatives, but conveniently they didn't believe that back in 2001 and 2006.

nice, I have no problem if you were against it then, it really wasn't directed at you, but a few other hypocrites here, that probably didnt say shyt during the Moussaoui trial, but now are jumping up & down like a fourth grader pissing on himself.

I have a serious problem with this, but sadly, this is what it's come to in the military these days. Lots of PC and CYA. It would seem to me that in this case, a big deal was made of nothing. A POS terrorist responsible for the killing and mutilation of 4 American contractors gets punched in the mouth and gets a bloody lip. Hell, I got a bloody lip practicing martial arts one day. You think these SEALs didn't endure bloody lips through their months of training (not to mention SERE school, which is essentially government-sanctioned beatings). But we're so worried about what what the rest of the world thinks of us that we're walking on eggshells in everything that we do. You can't win a war with both hands tied behind your back or by looking weak (which is the direction we're heading). This sends a horrible message to our troops and doesn't help morale one bit, especially today, when it's not exactly at a high point.

For the love of God, just let us do our freaking jobs!

It's not about Bush and previous trials. It's about providing a forum for al qaeda to propagandize for all to see and hear. These defense attorneys are going to try make America look like a bunch of bad guys who deserved what they got. The media will lap it up. Obama will then tell the world that he's proven that America was bad but now he's going to clean us up. Makes me sick to my stomach and the phucking Obamapologists only care that their savior gets to do whatever the hell he wants to.

Its the samething a trial in Federal court for a terrorist, it has happened before. the only thing that should make you sick to your stomach is your hypocrisy. The only savior was your savior who you conveniently fail to criticize for the same things you are being critical about right now.
And dont read what I post if it makes you so sick.

you mean providing a forum like this:

On February 6, 2006, Moussaoui shouted "I am al-Qaeda. They do not represent me; they are Americans,"

7/18/2002: Moussaoui entered a guilty plea, stating, "I have knowledge and I participated in Al-Qaeda. I am a member of Al-Qaeda... I pledge bayat to Osama bin Laden."[31] The Court rejected the guilty plea as unconsidered and ordered Moussaoui to rethink his plea.
You will never get my blood. God curse you all!"[3] Later that month he withdrew his qualifications and again admitted guilt on all charges levied by the prosecution.
