    When she saw the now famous photograph taken on 24 Dec 04 of the group of men approaching High-Zinger's airplane, she remarked that it looked like Nick was turning down HZ's last-ditch offer.

    She got a good look at HZ's face and Nick's face, and gave a ruling based on that.

    That convinces me! Nick stays!
