My Thoery

With all the rumors flying this is my take on whats going on and what will happen in the next 48 hours.

The fact that Hiuzenga flew into town can be read many different ways, it can be seen that Saban turned down Wayne and he is making a last ditch effort to have Saban change his mind or can be seen that he is here to get Sabans signature on a contract.

No news can be either good news or bad news depending on your loyalties, however the fact that no "offiacial" statement has been made tells me that Saban is still considering the Miami offer.

Now for my idea on whats going on...I believe Wayne Hiuzenga is giving Nick Saban the same courtesy treatment Saban gave Hiuzenga last week, Hiuzenga had to conduct a minorioty interview before he could officially offer Saban a contract so Saban kept the fact that he was serious about the Miami job as quiet as possible.
Now I believe Saban wants to have a chane to let his team know face to face that he is leaving(these type of announcements can be very emotional) a curious fact to me is that Saban meet with AD Bertman after meeting with Hiuzenga this morning, I feel he informed Bertman of his decision and now needs to simply meet with the team.

They will leave tomorrow for florida and I think when the plane touches down in florida an official announcement will be made then.

Clearly if Saban made a choice against leaving LSU he would have made it by now.
