Thanks for find that. This has to be my favorite part of the site. The "Why": "The Why? Quite simply because his commentary annoys practically everyone. We’re tired of the arrogant prognistications, and then the equally arogant responses once he’s been proven wrong. Does this guy check his facts. How can you be an ESPN commentator and state on air that USC would give Oklahoma their biggest test because they have the best defense other than Oklahoma. At the time Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State and LSU were far superior defensively--all in the top 10. Usc was ranked in the 20’s with their pass defense ranked in the 80’s. If you’re going to try and state a controversial position at least back it up in facts. If you’re going to be a credible analyst, actually analyze something. You were a great college player, but didn’t you at least learn something about college football. You were on USC’s bandwagon last year stating “They deserve to be in the championship game”. Ohio State and Miami were undefeated last year. Is you “USC lovin” a carryover from last year? Our challenge: If you can explain statistically why the two best teams are not in the Sugar Bowl, we’ll take this site down immeidiately. Here is our analysis of why the Sugar Bowl has the two best teams playing for “THE National Championship. Let’s see your as to why the Rose Bowl is the “true” National Championship." Great site.
