Trev Alberts just said on SportsCenter in a little mini "fact or fiction" segment that...1)USC's defense is the only defense on the same level as Oklahoma's...and 2) USC is "clearly" better than LSU

Where does this guy come up with these things???Does he even watch football???

Ahole Trev just said on ESPN's "Fact or Fiction" that USC is CLEARLY better than LSU and so it is fiction that it would not be fair to LSU if they win out and don't make it to the Sugar Bowl. He also said that Oklahoma should not even HAVE to play the Big 12 championship against K-State and that, even if they lose it they will still be in the Sugar Bowl. This guy is such an obnoxious idiot....

I am so sick of all the so-called "experts" spouting off about how USC is "clearly" better than LSU! No one knows! They need to think back to all of the winners that they've picked wrong in the past. I don't recall any of them saying that Tennessee was better a few years back, but lo, and behold, The Vols proved ON THE FIELD that they were! And how about last year? Weren't these same idiots saying that Miami was CLEARLY better than Ohio State??? There is a reason that they play the !

This crap just pisses me off and I hope it gets back to the LSU players and it just further motivates them. Just once, I'd like to see one of these so-called college football experts come on the air and say: "LSU and USC both have great teams. Which is better? It's impossible to say. They each stumbled once, but have had great seasons. They've got great programs and have shown consistently, other than the one toe stub a piece, that they've got great players, coaches, and schemes. Right now, they've each got one loss, so they should be considered equal."

I just saw the segment...that Trev Alberts dude is a DWE (D!CK WITH EARS). "USC is CLEARLY better than LSU"? What a joke! What is he founding this basis on? There's no head-to-head matchup and only one common opponent, Auburn, which both beat by 24 points. LSU plays in the SEC where, without MSU and Vandy, top to bottom, I would be willing to bet is a helluva lot tougher than the Pac 10. Hell, I'd even take MSU or Vandy over Arizona. So how is USC CLEARLY better than LSU?

Dale Robertson, an idiot who writes for the Houston Comical, has an article in today's paper. Link: http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/sports/2245654 In it, he says: "The 10-1 Trojans are horses, to be sure, clearly the second-best assemblage of student-athletes in all the land." There's that word "clearly" again. What makes it clear to these buffoons? Because they beat a very mediocre UCLA team??? Please, Tigers, win your next two and make these guys eat crow!

 

"Clearly" must be the buzzword du jour for the monkey-see, monkey-do media circus.
