I hope this is not true, but if it is......I would rather see the white helmets with the purple pants. The gold helmet just doesn't look right with the purple pants......not that the white helmets will look much better, but it doesn't clash as much. If we do in fact where the purple pants, do you agree that the white helmet will look better?

If they where purple pants, what color will the jersey be? White?Has LSU worn white helmets in the past? I just think of the Cowboys white helmets and the Bills white helmets and gag. I never have beena fan of white helmets.
yes LSU has worn the white helmets a couple of times. I actually don't mind them.... I like Mississippi St's white helmets, to me they look better than there maroon ones.
Well for what it's worth.......................... the Purple pants may be worn in one of the non-conf. games this year, but not in any SEC games. The pants may never be worn at all, but it is an option. The Purple jerseys more than likely will be worn against App st. and or N. Texas. I can not name my source so take this as just an opinion......... :wink:
