I really preferred the old Monday Night Football intros, where the starters would say their name and school, to this year's version, one player talking about a select few teamates. Anybody else have an opinion on this?

They still do that, except its on the Sunday Night game on NBC. I guess NBC took everything with them.

Agree with you, interesting to see where all the players come from, particularly the small colleges. If they pander this MNF very much more to the hip-hop bunch than they're doing now, I'm gonna have to chit can 'em as I have the air-bribblin' nba.

Yea, this new format sucks. Luckily, I almost never see the first half. Of course, I always forget how bad it is after Theismann opens his sewage-filled head.

Agree with you 100%. It is horrible and I like the old format or now Sunday nights format much better.
