Who is the most important assistant to keep? I think Les should be able to hire his own guys but I believe Tommy Moffitt is the best Strength & Conditioning coach for LSU. He has already developed the off season programs for each athlete. No one on the current staff knows anymore about each and every athlete in the program. Tommy and his staff have done a tremendous job of developing our athletes. Iowa's D line dominated our O Line today until the 4th quarter. Then it became evident that our O Line had gas left in the tank at the end of the game. That is becoming Tommy Moffitt's trademark. If Bertman is going to open his wallet I would like Moffitt to be the highest paid Strength & Conditioning coach in football. In my opinion, the strengthening, conditioning and physical development of your athletes is as important as your offensive/defensive coordinators.
