1. haha i know big words, but i guess i have poor reading comprehension. i didnt finish reading before i posted. however if you put our two posts together and don't read the jawing...i think we made a good point.

this is the SEC and we play good teams on the road. year in. year out.
  2. I know you meant this in the most positive way possible. Just for fun here are Saban's road games vs. ranked opponents while at LSU.

    04' #14 Auburn LOSS 9-10
    04' #3 UGA LOSS 16-45
    04' #12 UF WIN 24-21
    03' #15 OM WIN 17-14
    02' #16 Va Tech LOSS 8-26
    02' #16 UF WIN 36-7
    01' #7 UT LOSS 18-26
    00' #24 Auburn LOSS 17-34
    00' #12 UF LOSS 9-41

I kind of expected this to be a little better. Oh well.
  3. Dang, good post. That surprised me too.
  4. Thank goodness that guy isn't our coach! :)
  5. Good thing we'll be in BDS this year then! ;) :thumb:
  6. what is this bds you speak of?.....broken down stadium? :LSU231:
  7. Yeah, our stadium is terrible! The new addition looks horrible...

We should tear it down and build one to match OM or Vandy...
  8. You're right. Saban is 0-1 (UGA) against currently ranked opponents in BDS.
  9. yeah.. leaving that 1 second on the clock almost screwed us... I hope next time he scores with 0 on the clock... *looking for sarcasm smilie*... :tigereye:
  10. It's funny you post this. Just yesterday I was on a site looking at LSU's schedule game by game from 2000 to 2004 and there are a lot of very close wins and games that we lost that we shouldn't have. If I didn't know any better, from just looking game by game, I would think we were being coached by an average to good coach and not GOD (Nick Saban):rolleye33:

There were a few seasons in which we were a few points away from being close to a .500 team. Not to take away from what Saban achieved here, but certainly not the immortal coach Bama fans would like to believe.
