    As much as I wanted to go to the Rose Bowl I have to agree with Miles here:
    It's nice to see his commitment to LSU and the SEC. Especially considering his history with Michigan being a former player and coach.

    Thats awesome that Miles wouldn't let his Michigan ties get in between who he believed was the #2 country in the nation. We need more coaches voting like that....

    I may question his ability to manage games on the sideline, but damn you have to give this man credit for his sense of principle.

    I am glad he supported the SEC. It was the only right thing to do.

    I think it shows his commitment to LSU and it's time we as fans show our commitment to him. I think we have a quality coach here and those of us that have been "on the fence about him" need to get solidly behind him. I've been critical of Miles in the past, and I will continue to question him in the future on things I don't agree with (as I would any coach), but I really think he is the best man for the job at LSU!.
