Looks like people on the outside see Miles doing a pretty good job...

Wouldn't that be something if we had two different coaches win this award in a matter of 3 years?

It may not be this year, but I believe Miles will win this award before his tenure at LSU is up.

I don't see him winning it this year but hopefully this will shut up the Miles haters for a while.

If Weis gets ND to a BCS bowl, I don't see anyone else having a chance.

Probably right. I would hope that Miles would win it if he wins the SEC, but I think the media would give it to Weiss first. And to be honest, there's a strong argument in that scenario that Miles is winning with an incredibly talented team that Saban left him while Weiss is doing well with a team that hasn't done so well the last few years.

They have been damned quiet lately, anyway.

If we win the SEC, they will all begin to talk about all of the storms, and all of the things we went through with no normal practices for 3-4 weeks, etc...

I we keep the winning streak in tact, it is his award to lose

I look for Weisz to win it before Miles. UCLA's coach might get the nod if they go undefeated.

And if they go undefeated, he deserves it too, because they were ranked WAY lower than we were to start the year
