but his comments earlier this week about not losing a game in regulation seemed to have had an impact. They were talking about it all during the OU/Mizzou game...kept saying that LSU lost two games, but it took 6 OT's to beat them in those two games. I said earlier this week that I thought he was just positioning himself to make his case. He had the same intent when he called out the Pac 10/USC in the preseason. Call him crazy, but he's crazy like a fox.:milesmic:

I can't think of another situation where his comments would seem logical. But this year, the way this has all played out, they hold some weight, and it might be enough to get us in the BCS game.
Momentum is huge in college football and we are gaining momentum tonight. That is very important. Voters are watching TV and hearing LSU is probably going to get in and that will affect them. I think we're in.
You know, this whole coaching controversy thing may help us out in the end. LSU has been getting tons of air time.
