Supposedly the next 49ers coach will have to be an offensive minded guy who is familiar with the pistol formation and can get the most out of Kapernick. Maybe some of the miles supporters may now have to worry about frisco luring their beloved away from Baton Rouge. If Leslie is truly what they say he is, why wouldnt the owners of the niners have a boner for his offensive prowess and his 80%?

For every school you hear talking to a coach, there are so many, you don't hear about. A couple of coaches I know were in BTR to visit a recruit. On the drive up from the MSY Airport, the Head Coach got a call from his agent. A few schools wanted to talk with him about an opening. This never made it out. An no, I won't give the name of the Coach or the schools. Most schools like to work behind the scenes, many times a coach will leak out this, just to get a bump in pay.

Most NFL owners would kill for 80%. That gets you in the playoffs every year...

So now a dude that has no championships except conference is now the highest paid coach in college football. Michigan just fucked every other university in the ass, especially ones that have coaches who have actually won championships. While i don't feel ANY coach is worth that much, how can Harbaugh be worth more than Saban, Meyer (although without Tebow and Charlie Strong he has a goose egg) or even Spurrier.

You know the universities around the country just cringed when that number was put out there. Many will use that to get a bump weather they deserve it or not. I am sure Saban and Meyer will exploit that to their own advantage.

Being reported now on ESPN that Harbough's contract is 7 years 35 million, so 5 mil a year not the 8 mil reported earlier.
