Anyone else see his TD grab yesterday against the Chargers? Pretty catch. His line from yesterday: 9 catches, 145 yards, and a TD. Almost had another TD, which would've been an even more amazing catch. Hes now just 12 yards shy of 1000 yards on the season with 3 games to go.

Awesome grab. If not for Rothlisberger, he's be Rookie of the Year. Man I wish he was still here.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy. I think most of us thought he would be great. It seems he's making it happen quicker than some thought. He is some fun to watch. :champs:

He still has a decent shot at it. It's not like Ben is lighting up the stat sheet with 300 yard games every week.

The media loves Ben Roethlisberger because he is a quarterback and everyone is forced to notice him. Michael Clayton is having an amazing season and just flying under the radar. I still can't believe that those moron Buccaneer fans were whining so much on draft day. "Clayton is slow and has no hands, he is worthless", and all of that other BS. Clayton is proving how great of a PLAYER he is.

Tampa fans are not known as the most intelligent out there.

it doesn't matter. as all LSU fans know, once the media ordains a player as the chosen one, there's no looking back. plus, it doesn't hurt to be leading the best team in the NFL.

I think most LSU fans assumed that clayton would be a great pro. there's no substitute for football IQ. you can look at asome teams (i.e., N.O.) and see very little football IQ. players like clayton rub off on other players. as a saints fan, I know that clayton will become a true nuisance for the saints. remember the draft gurus who pushed reggie williams into the top 10 before the draft? too much speed, they said. if I ever had the chance to direct my own NFL club, I would seek out a roster of guys like clayton.

Clayton almost had another touchdown at the end of the game. A good breakup by the DB kept him from getting a second one. It would have put them within 3 with a couple of minutes to go.
