Yes, I'm well aware that football is still going on and that it's the week of arguably the most anticipated LSU game of the season, but there is an exhibition game tonight featuring the Bradyboys against the Belhaven (insert name of mascot here) at 7. I'm interested to see what this new system looks like and I'm also interested in learning the new players since I don't even know half of the players on this year's squad. I'm anxiously awaiting to see how many Brady bashers show up to hijack the thread. :yelwink2: So, who else is going?
Belhaven is in the NAIA and in the GCAC conference. GCAC's member s have lots of area teams...Loyala, Dillard, Xavier, LSU Shreveport.
Belhaven, as in, liberal arts college of 1,000 or so in Jackson, MS? Hopefully this won't prove to be a great matchup.
Brady said he will play this like as if it were an SEC team, so no full-court pressing etc... Last night the women's team full-court pressed and were up 25-0 and 70-10 at one point, but none of that will ever happen in a "real" game, so what was the point?
