    What do you like? I am a white meat man, I like my breasts and wings. Dark is is slimy to me and no to fond of the taste.

    Dark's got more flavor, and is more interesting than plain ole white chicken.

    Of course, if we're really talking about preference, I much prefer pork, beef, and at least 9 other animals.

    Sorry. Legs and thighs for me. But I'm with NoLimit, there are other kinds of meat I like better than chicken or turkey. #1 is lamb. :eek:

    never could acquire a taste for lamb...just give me a hunk of dead cow and I'm a happy man! oops, missed the point of the thread, I like white meat on da bird!!!

    White meat for me.

    I'm told that dark meat tastes better and has more flavor, but I don't think so.

    I've tried lamb a few times. I don't like it.

    I absolutely love gyro meat which is about 10% lamb and 90% hamburger meat with unknown spices.

    No love for the Lamb I think is a bit misunderstood. Lamb is easier to get wrong rather then right. Chops are OK but there really is no other way then a rack. I have turned haters into lovers and due mostly to less is more. Have the ladies rub the rack, flame sear and off still bloody! Then getcha pull. :thumb:

    Otherwise gotta go dark. White is too dry!
