Just an observation of the Gameday special from yesterday. Did it seem a little like ESPN was doing what it could to help the Leinart Heisman campaign by broadcasting his former disability of being cross eyed. I feel for anyone born with disabilities, so I'm not trying to make light of his situation. It just seems to me that they would love to see Leinart win the Heisman and therefor did what they could to make the voters think twice about what Leinart had to overcome. I have to think this would help him when it came time to choose a winner. Kinda like a pitty vote. Maybe this isn't the case, but it just crossed my mind when they aired it.
So you're saying the media had organized this plot to get Leinart the Heisman? Why does it bother you that the media would do a story on Leinart's former affliction?
