what a stud and what a game against oklahoma. he was my mvp in the game. imagine what the lsu defense would be like with him back next year. he should wait and get his degree and increase his stock. those pro bowls can wait another year. i'll miss him the most if he goes.

He will be back for his senior season. It's gonna be great to have Marcus and Marquise back for next season. They are gonna dominate next year.

Only losing Michael Clayton out of this would definentally be a plus!

Matt Mauck won't be back. I heard this from a guy that has many connections and he told me today that Mauck is gone. But other than that, he said just MC and Mauck won't be here.

I just don't feel totally comfortable losing Mauck and Clayton. I thought we could lose either one and still click on offense, but not both. As well as having to replace 2 offensive lineman....especially when they are on the same side of the line. My thinking is maybe Livings moves to right guard or even right tackle to give us experience on the right side of the line.

Livings and Niswanger will be able to pick up the slack on the line. My biggest concern is sending a freshman QB, no matter how talented he may be, into Auburn, Florida, and Georgia. Talk about a trial by fire. Jimbo will have his hands full trying to create a killer instinct and a nobody can stop me mentality with Flynn or Russell, whoever wins the job.

I just think with so little experience going into that game that LSU will have to play it close to the vest offensively.

Let the defense win the game for you. Play within yourselves and don't shoot yourself in the foot basically.

that is something to worry about, but seeing Chris Leak (as a true freshmen) beat us, ark, and uga all in a row on the road...makes me think that theres a good chance that Russel/Flynn can do it too.

that would be really wild on the road in hostile territory! lsu would have to have one helluva running game on, but they could do it. i'm not a huge marcus randall fan, but there's a decent chance he could get it done as a starter. damn, the more i think about it, the more i hope mauck comes back!
