The holes at wide receiver will be filled in part by tailback Joseph Addai and cornerback Corey Webster. Ummm....Cory at WR, DONT THINK SO! I didn't think Addai did that well at WR this spring but I may be wrong (?):dis:
Addai was good on the short routes and Webster was good as well. The best corner in the nation might be scoring TD's for the offense. I smell Heis.... I won't say it.
Go ahead and say it Brett. The word is Heisman. Seriously, no matter how good a D Back/Receiver does he would have to also return kicks to have a serious shot at the Heisman. With Green doing the kick returning there is no chance that Webster would get a chance to be the return man.
Corey looked great @ WR on the few plays I saw. Looked like a natural. Not that I want him there or anything. Kinda funny with all the damn WRs we recruited the last couple of years who would have thought it would be a position of need. JEEZ!
It never ceazes to amaze me to see how willing players are to play different positions when NS suggests it. Not only that, they usually excel at those positions!
Well, Corey was recruited as a WR and played his fresh. year as a WR. Then he made the switch to Cb which has really worked out great! I think he should stay at CB because of all the talent we have already at WR, we don't really need him there.:geaux:
UNreal isn't it? You think we should be stacked at wr? I think Brady is #1 out of the 2. No offense to Marcus but Tom Brady has won 2 superbowls :champs:
