If LSU does a good deal of winning and little to no losing, takes the SEC regular season crown and the SEC tourney, I'd be surprised if we weren't pretty highly seeded. Prolly 4. A lot of big ifs, and my very uneducated opinion. So take this with a grain of salt.

Maybe a combination of the two. Although, I'm more passionate about baseball in general, and college football is just more relevant in the south--at least to me. Nothing against the basketball team, the win last night (and against State) had me at the edge of my seat!

I'll also add that I follow LSU sports more fervently than do most "fans." I'm not a casual fan by any means. I think that that is apparent. However, I've already been checking the rosters of the first few baseball opponents. Maybe it's because I'm an outdoor person, and I love the spring/summer time. I support all the teams, baseball is just something that I grew up with as far as playing. Basketball was never really big in my neighborhood growing up.

    This is true.

    You either face a 3 then a 2, or a 4/5 then a 1. Take your pick.

It depends on how we do in the SEC tournament. If we have a 13-3 conference mark and the number 1 seed in the SEC tourney. We win the tourney. 3-0 - We finish the year at 28-6- We get a 4 or 5 seed.

If we finish 13-3 and go 2-1 in the tourney, we finish 27-7 we prob get a 6 or 7 seed due to the SEC being down.

this roster has holes that the 06 team did not. we do not want to see UConn, OU or UNC early. probably wouldnt mind getting duke.

I would add Wake Forest to that list simply because they have a a big frontline that would give us problems.

Wake is probably the most athletic team in the country. They would give us tons of problems. I'm betting bet that Wake will fall back to a 3 or 4 seed.

Well, obviously. OU is definitely the best in the country. UConn isn't too far behind, but Blake Griffin is stupid crazy good. To be fair though, I wouldn't trade Taz and Marcus for anyone in the country. I think we could hang with Dook.
