Honestly, that would be a helluva decision to make. EDIT: As far as I can tell, Jones is already on the 35 man roster, so no one has to be cut. Remember we had a couple of transfers and two cuts already.

Good catch JayB! You are correct... The LSU website already lists 35 on the roster. I didn't notice that before. I was basing my question on Scott McKay's comments from his Jan. 28th entry on Bayou Bengal Blog where he indicates that a player would have to be cut before the Feb. 15th roster deadline if Chad Jones were to make the team. Do you know if the baseball cuts were made before the start of the spring semester?
