Auburn beat also Oregon who lost some players. You got a point, friend?

That's an easy one, our offense last year was 20x worse than Auburn's

This. Our defense was infinitely better than AUs, but our offense SUUUCCKKKED. Really a dumb question for a first post. Should've come with something better.

The point is LSU's defense is not 10x better than Auburn's.

    Pass D:

    LSU # 12
    Auburn # 117

    = 10 x better :)

Though in total D LSU was only about 5x's better with Auburn at # 60.

    Anyway, got a point?

LSU's D is by far better than AU's. Ya'll can keep claiming the Fairley chit, but it just makes your O look that much worse. I mean, allowing 1 guy to destroy ya'll and all...

    LSU avg 307
    Auburn Avg 368
    That's a 59 yard difference. I don't see 10x's better. Sorry, I just don't.

Sweet, then I guess we can compare your O to ours.

    I feel much better now....

Auburns #60 total defense divided by LSU #12 equals 5.0

You are right, LSU was only 5 times as good as Auburn.

I already posted elsewhere, but: You can't use rankings for this. There are way to many schools between LSU and Auburn that wouldn't be there if they played tougher teams (UCF, BC, Temple, N. Ill, Miami of OH, Army, NC State, Buffalo, Air Force, etc...)

    LSU 307 ypg
    Auburn 368 ypg.
59 ypg difference in NOT 10x better, or 5X or 2x....
