The Shockers are ranked 30th in the AP. So we should get an idea if this team will be any good. They certainly have a lot of talent and Victor hasn't played this season yet. I actually just started this thread so I could post this pic.
The two cancers are now in the NBA. They already look more like a team than at any point last year, with maybe the exception being the Kentucky game. JJ is not a great coach but he recruits well. If he can win a few games and make a tourney run ever couple years I am happy with that. We aren't running out and hiring any big names to coach here. People just don't care enough.
Well, that was perhaps the worst shooting performance I've ever seen from an LSU team. I mean, we couldn't make a layup and got our asses handed to us. Too much standing around on offense and not nearly enough movement. Defense was okay, but nothing to write home about it.
The powers that be need to go after a big time basketball coach for both the mens and womens teams. The Huskies coach just scorched the Lady Tigers in comments after their game.
