As far as being flat, Alabama with that vaunted defense in 2011 gave up a ton of yards and 21 points to Georgia Southern. They had already had a bye week and a loss that unfortunately didn't keep them out of the NC game.

Who said that? Since Miles has gotten here Saban and luck have gotten way more credit than he has. When LSU wins its because of the D, or the program Saban created, or blind luck, or great recruits. When LSU loses its all Miles fault.

Nah, people give Miles credit.

The issue is that some want to give him "ALL" the credit.

I just gave him credit and criticized him, and love it or not Saban had the ball moving in a very positive direction, much better than the shape he found things in. Miles owes something to Saban, I guess what's up for discussion is how much.
