Remember a few years ago when all of the ESPN talking heads annointed the Rams the Superbowl champion before they had played the Patriots? Remember how the defense designed by Bill Billichick (Saban's mentor) punked the Rams's offense, supposedly "the greatest show on turf"? That's exactly what would happen if USC had to play LSU for a national championship "playoff." It's so easy to say, "USC's offense has looked so good all year rolling up points," and to ignore the fact that 9 times out of 10 in football great defenses beat great offenses. Many of y'all have pointed out the inferiority of USC's opponents compared to LSU's schedule this season. Tiger fans know the quality of our team and their indomitable spirit. The national media will never favor a team from the deep South, unless maybe it's from Florida. No matter what any of the talking heads say, though, we're the only team that won 13 games and won the BCS NC. We can always be proud of our accomplishment. Geaux Tigers!!!!!
