This site has a lot of stats including team speed. Xavier Carter is listed at 4.36. Interestingly Benny Bazile is not listed and he may be LSU's fastest player. LSU's slowest player is OL Terrell McGill who runs a 5.34, still pretty good for a 332-pound lineman! CouchScout.com
I can tell you that in terms of quickness and '1st step' Perrilloux is WAY faster and a stronger runner than Flynn... When he gets his legs under him, he runs like a runningback...
Well, he has had a couple of years of training under the best strength & conditioning coach known to man...
I don't think that is right either... The time they got listed for Ryan is about accurate, but I don't think Matt is that quick... and even if he is, Ryan is a WAY better runner b/c of his strength and vision
has anyone even given flynn a chance? ryan hasnt even seen a college defense and you guys have him juking line backers and bowling over db's... I'll take the third year guy that was very highly recruited and knows the offense.
I have seen Flynn play... Not impressive... But the fact of the matter is that he is by no means faster than RP... I have seen both of them run in person... Ryan is a better runner... I don't care who is the better QB, but Ryan is a better runner simply because he is way more athletic...
With all due respect to RP, though--the level of competition that cgisclair would've seen RP and MF play against would be far different, so it's hard to gauge. And when did Chevis Jackson switch to WR? Last year, he played CB.
