For the holidays, I'd like to contribute on behalf of one LSU student here to TF for a one year contributor level membership. This is for one student member who is unable to contribute monetarily but does contribute to the forum with constructive posts. The process for this will be fairly simple. If you are a LSU student with 100 or more posts and you are interested, then say so in this thread. Please keep it simple and post saying only "I am a student and I am interested." That way I can easily pick out your post from other posts in the thread. The first 20 student members who express interest, if there are that many, will be added to a list. This list will be used to comprise a poll in a thread in The Roundtable, where only contributing members can post and vote. The members will be listed aplhabetically in the poll and contributing members will vote to determine who gets the one year contributor level membership. Now you can see why I said those members with 100 or more posts - we need something to go by in order to vote. :tigerhead You have until midnight on December 6 to express your interest or until the list reaches 20 - whichever comes first. The poll/vote will run for two weeks, December 7 to December 20th at midnight. I have worked it out with Brett so that I won't need any of your forum account information to contribute on your behalf. I don't really need the monetary help, but I just wanted to say that I think its a great idea and wonderful holiday gift. Also, I think we only have like 10 posters on here who are current LSU students...
i'm a poor LSU student but I don't really post anymore because i can't post in FSA. That's where most of my posts are and if you want to look up some of the things I've said in the past feel free to go ahead and do it.
