    Man, It seems all LSU sports (except football) are backsliding. Basketball is way down, girls Basketball is down (to their standards) Baseball is still down (gonna take a while to build it back up). Have they taken the backseat due to the recent football success or what?
    Im not trying to flame LSU. I just want to know whats up.

    It's the SEC and everything is cyclicle. LSU Athletics will be alright.:thumb:

    I wouldn't say that everything is down, LSU athletics were prob at the highest point its been in a very long time
    Think about it...Final Four and SEC Championsihps (mens and womens)
    Back-to-back 11-2 top 5 finishes in football
    Baseball is going through a transition
    Don't lose hope so easily, we'll be back

    Our girls' basketball is #7 in the Nation with a 9-4 conference record and Georgia and Vanerbilt are tied for second in SEC play with a 10-3. They're still in the thick of things and not what most would call "Down".

    Our men's basketball team is not having a good year but our baseball team is just getting started with a new coach and the jury is still out- the season has just begun.

    As far as Softball, Tennis, and Gymnastics check this thread:

    So for someone to say.
    they'd have to be really naive about our Athletic program or someone tying to flame......it is very common for flamers to say, "No flame intended" then post some BS. Subconsciously, they tell on themselves. :hihi:

    Lady tigers are in 5th place in the Sec. They lost to vandy so they are not gonna be ranked 7th anymore. (now, whos naive?)
