LSU preseason ranked 21

I think those rankings are pretty fair for us. Had we done better at the end of last season we would be higher, but we always seem to disappoint when ranked in the preseason top 10.

 

I agree tigerdoc88. I was suprised by Auburn's ranking though.

Maybe Corso will pick them to win the NC and they will drop like a fly.

 

SEC West teams have fallen on their faces when given a preseason top 10 in the last 6 to 8 years. LSU was once ranked about #6 and finished 4-7 or 3-8, Miss State was hyped up before the 2000 season. Be careful Aubie's you might be next.

 

21 is a good place to be. We are still being looked at but can still play the underdog.
