As some of you know the abandoned building on Stanford Dr. was repainted a few weeks ago, and a very nice LSU national champions mural replaced the grafitti. Well I drove past it today on my way to class, and low and behold, its already been vandalised. I expected it to happen sooner or later, just not that soon. I hope they clean it up, but I have a feeling that would be a futile effort.
I was hoping to drive by there sometime soon to take a look. It's unfortunate that this had to happen. I remembered that building so well from my college days and it would have been inspiring to see it during football season especially with its new paint job. I guess that it still remains a fact that it is now nothing more than a run down abandoned building.
