Its kinda like Chris Fowler said during game day final when he stated that LSU
has done more than any other team to this point.
I hate the way college football is structured by I have a feeling it will work
out because usc will have their hands full this year.
I don't think it will be as easy as years past for them.

Where is that formula? Maybe that's true if you can get to the game by bus, otherwise, it's understated and certainly doesn't give much credit to Death Valley.

By Vegas standards, it's usually 3 pts.
When 2 teams are considered equal, or "too close to call", the home team is usually named a 3 point favorite.
Example, if LSU and USC would play each other in the regular season this year
USC would probably be a 3 point favorite if we played at the coliseum.
We would be the 3 point favorite if we played at Death Valley.
It's not an exact formula, just what is usually handed out.

So Vegas standards are setting the rules? :hihi: Okay, tongue in cheek but be honest........3 points is a joke if you consider the teams and the locations. Most teams playing at Death Valley might give you 30.

Oh, I agree, if ever we're favored by 3 or less in the Valley, I'm slapping down a week's salary. Just saying that's a common practice. But rarely do 2 "equal"teams meet up. We were a double digit favorite last night, because the people setting the lines, knew the matchup favored us considerably PLUS the 3 points commonly given to the home team.
