1. LSU game blacked out outside the state?? I was going to purchase the game tonight on espn gameplan. Direct tv says it is blacked out everywhere but the state of LA. I am just finding this out. Am I missing something here? wtf is going on, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!:po: :angryfire  :geauxtige
  2. shouldnt be a propblem because there are no other games to be aired.
  3. I still have it on my screen
  4. I'm in Arkansas and ordered it through Comcast. From what I saw it's going to be showed everywhere BUT Louisiana on Gameplan. If you are in Louisiana you have to go through the local providers.
  5. I ordered from Comcast as well in Philly. Worked OK for me.
  6. I've never understood the reason behind a blackout anyway. We're, stopping the people who want to see the game from seeing it. Why? Because some company didn't agree to give enough of the profits to another company?
  7. Black outs are designed to get more people going to the game to see. BUT I think college needs to go to the NFL system where if the game is a sellout then its ok to play it in the area.
  8. I bought through ESPN Gameplan with Dish Network.
It was the TigerVision broadcast that aired.
You should've been able to get it through the PPV channels via the Gameplan channels that ESPN has.
  9. Yeah all Gameplan does is pick up the regional broadcast. They dont have their own crew that the send to games. If you tuned into a Gameplan channel before the start of a game it runs through the games they are carrying and were they are blacked out.
