Anyone and everyone who is in the BR area, needs to high trek it over to the LSU football office and start chanting "We want Nick" or something like that. remember last year when LA Lakers were courting Krzyzewski? he was as good as gone. The reason he stayed was due to the huge outpouring of support from the students when he made it back from LA.

we can sit around all day and play the guessing game but it's not going to make a difference. we need to show saban what he is going to be loosing when he crosses that line to the dark side of the NFL. please do this, if you can. this could really make a difference.

It doesn't make a difference if 10 million fans show up, if Nick wants to go to the NFL and the money is there he will go. Let's hope this is just another end of the year bull**** rumor blitz and he will stay. However if he should go, thanks for the time and bring on the next guy.

I just hope if he does decide to go people show him the respect he deserves when he leaves. A big 'Thanks and good luck' from tiger fans would be nice to see.

I disagree. Last year after he spoke to the Bears, he spoke at length about his strong feelings for the fans and the people of LA. this is not going to be as black and white as you think. he will think long and hard before making a decision to leave such a great college job where he has total control. put it this way, it won't hurt.

I gotta impress this on people in the BR area. Get over to the Football offices and start a damn pep rally or something. I know this sounds hokey but it could make a difference. The fans are a factor in this man's life - he has said it many times. show how much Nick Saban means to the LSU community, get off your arse, bring your pom poms and give Saban something to think about before it's too late. it worked at Duke, why can't it work at LSU?

This isn't about fan support in any way shape or form and Saban WILL NOT make his decision based on what LSU fans say or do.

Nah, I'm superstitious. We didn't do anything special last year while he was interviewing with the Bears, so I wouldn't want to jinx it this year!

actually it was a tough year for nick and he seemed a little sour at times because of a long list of things. A man's ego often outweighs his wallet and while its unlikely a little pep rally would help, stranger things have happened. It certanly wouldn't hurt. Also, itd be a good sign of appreciation if he does. Too bad its so damn cold. y'all hurry out there.
