Hello everybody. I live in Ark now and I'm coming down for the game to root for the Tigers. It's been awhile since I've been to Tiger Stadium and I can't wait. It's gonna be great. Anyways, since I haven't been back to Baton Rouge in a few years any new places to eat?? I'm ready for some good cajun cooking!!! Other recommendations are welcome. Thanks. glad you'll be here Thank you so much for making the trip. We need everyone in the stadium we can get. Try Parrain's on Perkins near the overpass--it's owned by the people who own the Chimes and it's got great food. For Louisiana-style Italian I like Vincent's which is in the Kenilworth Shopping Center on Highland Road. Don't eat before you go to the game---save the celebration for afterwards! We need you to be mean and hungry for the HOGS! GO TIGERS!:geaux:
I'm in Arky, too! Good luck with the trip! We've got to win this game. We just can't lose to the Hogs two years in a row. They are not a better program than us, and I'm very, very hopeful that we will prove that very clearly on Friday. The key will be to make LOTS OF NOISE!! :geaux: :lsug:
If you are going to the game....just get some eats from the tailgaters............. God, I LOVE our fans.....they always come through.... When I tailgate, I give it out (food)
