Due to construction in and around Tiger Stadium, this year's LSU Football Fan Day will be held at the Tigers' practice facility, which is located just off Skip Bertman Drive. Gates to the practice facility will open at 2 p.m.



BATON ROUGE -- LSU's annual football fan day is set for 3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 14, at the Charles McClendon Practice Facility.

Due to construction in and around Tiger Stadium, this year's LSU Football Fan Day will be held at the Tigers' practice facility, which is located just off Skip Bertman Drive. Gates to the practice facility will open at 2 p.m.

This year's LSU Football Fan Day will feature first-year coach Les Miles and his staff along with 105 Tiger football players. Fans will be able to meet and get autographs from players and coaches starting at 3 p.m.

In addition to the picture taking and autographs, threw will also be an interactive area for children. Mike the Tiger and the LSU cheerleaders will also be on hand for the event.

LSU football posters, schedule cards, schedule magnets and the popular schedule placard poster will be distributed to fans as they enter the practice facility.

Fan day activities will conclude at 4 p.m.



Autographs start at 3, but the whole thing ends at 4pm. What the heck is wrong with them? Are they too weak to sign autographs for hours? A little carpal tunnel is too much? Write, dammit, write!

I'll be there. I remember in 2001 Fan Day was moved to the indoor facility because of a lot of rain.

 

The wife just said we can take the whole clan. Get ready to meet Salty Jr. Coach Miles!

darnit i can't go....i dont think anyways.....will be in grand isle w/ sum friends until sunday night or monday.....maybe i can sneak away.....

 

I'm moving up to Baton Rouge in a week and I will have nothing to do until band starts... Hell yes I am going...

 

There with my two kids and the rest of the neighborhood ( I will brainwash them all on the way) in tote !
