This year we have played 81 players in games.

    20 are Seniors

    Next year we will have:
13 Seniors (if Josh D returns 14),(Mo and a #2RR leaving early, could change this number)
    29 Juniors
    19 Sophomores

This is still a young team.:tigereye:

And will be just as hungry next year!

    :crystal: back-to back :crystal:

This will be the topic on January 10 right here!

I've already predicted back-to-back titles for LSU

    Who's in our way ... Bama's peaked ... Auburn / FL / GA / all down

Oh $hight ... I almost forgot forgot about!

I agree. The next couple of years are really exciting.

After the florida game, someone on their forum posted "Enjoy it tiger fans, we will back to spanking you again before you know it"
With the youth we have, I doubt it will be anytime soon, so phuck him.

The only problem with back-to-back titles (if the Tigers go on to win this year) is the mental aspect. Can the players stay hungry, or will they be content to sit on the previous year's success? There's always a hangover from a title-winning season. The talent will be there, definitely, but will their heads be in the right place...

Yeah right ... and I'm still waiting for The Honey Badger's sophomore season slump they all talked about in August

... you're dismissed, along with the rest of the "doubters" :hihi:

You do realize that back-to back championships haven't happened yet in the BCS era? (Unless you're one of those who think USC shares a title with LSU.) There's almost always a hangover after a championship season (we still need to take care of the first one, and that won't be settled until Nov 5). We'll have to say goodbye to our two senior, experienced quarterbacks. We'll be introducing a new quarterback, and we all remember how much fun that can be.

I wasn't being a Debbie Downer. I was trying to be realistic. Also, one player having a slump isn't the same as an entire team being off its stroke.

This team's incredibly loaded with talent, and they'll do very well, regardless, next year.
