I forgot to mention that the New York Times has to have the most retarded NCAA football rankings in the history of the world.....

    Beat me to the punch...lol.

Can't help but think that the spread between Texas and Georgia shrinks after this weekend----how in the hell are they #2...lol.

Still think Ga. passes Texas in next week's rankings, which helps Florida inch closer to Tennessee (assuming Fla. and Miami wins this week).

    LSU stands poised....

to pounce into the #2 position as soon as next week with a win against Arkansas.

Boy, Ole Mess sure tumbled in the NYT...I figured they'd still have them ahead of us.

What poll is represented by CM in the list on the link above. They have OSU #3, LSU #4, Mich. #5.

Did they not notice that OSU lost to Mich?

Also notice that they have LSU's schedule at 9-1 instead of 10-1.
Probably because of Western Illinois being 1AA.

Yes, Western Illinois is excluded from most (maybe all) polls/rankings for BCS purposes (unless we would have lost, of course!)
