We need to mobilize all resources immediately. Military , All states Natl. Guards. goverment, etc. The rest of the country is going to have to step up and send help. They are going to have to fly the help in and use boats to get the supplies out. Fema had no idea what they were talking about when they said they were ready for this. There is no way to prepare for a disaster this size. This is the worst nightmare scenario.
