Let's play a game where we look ahead to next week and we are assuming that LSU goes to Missouri and handles the game and wins by let's say 3 TD's... How are we feeling about Florida? After Miss State, I thought LSU would go 6-4/5-5, but I really think that game was a fluke. I think Miss State just showed up and we didn't, them losing to Arkansas made me think that even more. And I felt better about the loss oddly enough. I think it's an anomaly game and won't repeat itself. I think LSU approved in almost every facet (other than Run Defense, but Miss State didn't run it. I think Run D will improve this week as well.) I truly think LSU can score against Florida and honestly... I think with a healthy defense, we could slow down the Kyle boys. I personally feel confident at this moment in the Tiger's chances of winning that Florida game. I am not trying to pump sunshine and I am curious about everyone's thoughts for the rest of the season. Right now I think we have a great chance against everyone outside of Alabama, but if LSU continues to improve, who knows! We broke the curse last year, anything is possible. Thoughts?
I'm not big on forecasting games to begin with, but I am with you on believing the Moo game was a fluke. However, I want to see a much more solid performance vs Mizzou than the Vandy game before I call a win over FU.
And I have a chance to regain a full head of hair. However, the odds are very, very, very, very slim. Much like my waistline.
It is absolutely OK to be optimistic and say we will win all of the remaining games on the schedule. However, with Florida, Auburn, Bama, and the Aggies remaining I think I have a better chance of winning the lottery.
