I just posted a message on Florida's forum simply reminding them that they stomped on our logo this season also, and in less that 2 minutes the post was removed, and I was banned from posting. What a bunch of smacktards. Please, if you get a chance go over to the SwampGas forum and contribute to the discussion that obviously the admins don't want to take place.
I got banned, too. But I was able to post it about 6 times before being banned. I'd recommend posing as a UF fan. That way you get a few warnings.
that was nice guys, to think I thought you were Noles. :dis: I was the first person to post on SwampGas that Night, what a few Gators did on the field, was very, very classless. I also know, that the players that did that were not the regular players, they were the bench warmers, and they were told to get off of the Eye, by the older guys. Now, what they did that day, whoever they were, still ticks me off big time, I am a firm believer in sportsmanship, and that just wasn't right. I live here in Louisiana, I am a Gator first, and a Tiger second, but I have deep love for both teams. I would suggest you show the class I know most LSU fans have, and back off. Now, let's kick some dawg butt! :geaux:
Here are some of their comments: Mr.Littlejeans: I for one, am glad we made an attempt to protect the midfield "F" and the Swamp. I don't know all the details, so perhaps this is premature in some sense...but if the Semi's began stomping on midfield like a bunch of idiots after a gift win..then I would have been pissed too and would have had a hard time walking away. GatorinOHIO: No way shopuld you let a team disrespect you like that. GatorCop: Bobby Bowden and his band of thugs were a disgrac Bgatorsmith: We must protect The Swamp. If I were Zook, I'd make some sort of outward showing of discipline, but internally, I would let it slide. gatorfanintampa: After watching the tape, I agree that we should have protected our logo KronoGator: We need to protect our field, if they want to stomp around let them do it on their field MomGator: I hope none of our guys have to suffer any discipline measures over this. When anyone disrepects your house you have a right to protect it. gatorgrl: There are times when every Mama tells her boys its all right to fight, and way to go boys, you learned well! majorgator: Hell yeah! Our boys did the right thing. GhettoGator (rich, suburban white kid who thinks he's tough): I genuinely wouldn't feel one bit of remorse for any nole player who sustained an injury, be it serious or minor, from that fracas. They certainly would have deserved it. TravelInGator: Maybe fighting isn't the right thing in all cases but tonight was one of those exceptions. AxiosGator: Guys, I for one believe that it was our players' right to protect our HOUSE. Interogator: i agree. the nolies got what they deserved. FutureGator311: I'm all for defending the "F" and some pushing and shoving. realdeal: YOU MUST PROTECT THIS HOUSE! DIEaGator:If it is true that FSUcks players started it by stomping on our logo or showing some other type of disrespect yet Coach Zook disciplines them, I imagine it would send a message that he expects Gators to be pussies. 14 and 0: Coach Zook should have had the university police charge the field at the end of the game to stand in the middle of the F with billy clubs at their sides. Then if any of the FSU thugs were stupid enough to charge the F, the police could have broke some seminole legs.
So just because it was only a couple of Florida players vs. the whole team means that we can't even bring the subject up on the message board? What a lame excuse for a fan forum they are running over there. Speaking of class, I didn't see any LSU fans calling for the BRPD to break the legs of the Florida players, or saying that violence against a football team would be acceptable just because they stomped on a logo. Just goes to the whole Florida Wanna-be Gansta' mentality you see displayed every year. Both teams should be ashamed. Hmmm, Florida calling Fl. State a band of thugs... Kettle, meet Pot. Pot, kettle.
Put 'em in the same class as Tubby & his band of "MERRYMEN" CHEAPO CIGAR SMOKERS. Tubby smokes Honduran cigars ... the cheapest he can find ... and wouldn't ever know the difference between quality and crap. Ramah lights up another Cohiba Siglo IV ... Tubberville is going to replace Frank Solich at Nebraska ... haven't you heard ... spread the word. Sweet Bliss!
