I haven't read the article, but I had to laugh at what's in the webpages title. Alberts: An embarrassment I don't think ESPN is going to pick up on the second meaning of that title. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/columns/story?id=1681403
What a joke Anybody else find this to be a flat out lie? When did he admit that he was wrong about LSU? Even after the game on Sat. he wouldn't admit when May asked him to.
He says that there are COACHES who may not vote the winner of the Sugar Bowl National Champion. What's with this?!! They suddenly want to change the rules in the middle of the game.
I hate trev just as much as the next guy, but I must say that I did in fact hear him with my own ears say "I have to admit, I was wrong about this LSU team....etc"
Somehow the idiot Trev thinks that Michigan can come out #1 if they play a great game aginst USC and OK/LSU play sloppy. What he wants and what it seems the Media wants is to take control over who they think is the best team, they want their bias opinions to count more than a system that take it mostly out. People need to understand that starting this year just like the last 5 or so we have a system called the BCS that all confences (with teams in the top 3 this year) that agreed to this system. It was made to keep the Coach's and AP polls from doing just what they are trying to do right now, tell us who they think is the National Champs while other quality teams are or should be in the front. My one big question is why is USC ranked ahead of LSU, the answer is they started higher than us in the BIAS polls and lost first..........that is the only reason yet they want everyone to think that is fair. They are full of it......:cuss:
Maybe someone should tell him that they may be laughing at HIM because he made a moron out of himself all season long and had to eat it huge last weekend........
