I just wanted to say that I think "camping out" for tickets is much better than this lottery bull. I remember my freshman year camping out in the cold. I had a guy with 25 id's in front of me today, and he told me he wasn't going he was just selling them on eBay. I bet he wouldn't have stood in line for 2 days like I would have. I think it's unfair to me because I want all my friends to be able to go without paying a fortune. Did I mention this weekend is my 21st birthday? What are your thoughts?
i completely agree....seperation of the die hards from the fairweather should be essential when it comes to student ticket alotments
Fuck the system. Especially when they make up some dumb ass contest to make sure certain students like the cow and Elvis get tickets. Thats a bunch of bullshit. I have been to every away game since the peach bowl. Why should they get tickets before me?
Skip needs to take his dope jiggy fly powerade drinking ass back to the baseball diamond and get us some more championships, bc his ideas as an AD suck.
I read about that crap, too. They just like the attention. I really don't like what they do at away games either. They just steal peoples seats on the front row to get on TV.
I was just talking to one of my brothers about this. They really should have done a first-come-first-serve with the student tickets. I know I would be out there for as long as it took to get tickets. That sucks about the guy with 25 ids and his ebay plans. I know there were some people around me with a handfull, but they were all planning on going to the game.
Umm the cow and elvis are friends of mine and those guys dont have tickets. They waited in line just like the rest of us. They will make the trip to Atlanta with or without tickets, as I will also. Speaking of the trip to Atlanta... I am flying in to Atlanta at 130. Can someone give me a ride backe to Baton Rouge on Sunday?
I think it should have been one ID per person and it has to be your own ID. That would cut down on this 25IDs BS. If TAF/SeasonTicket holders only get 2 per person then students shouldn't be allowed more than 2 IDs. I personally think it should have been one ID, one person. That would cut down on the BS. Someone mentioned the other day that no matter how the Athletic Dept went about doing it, they would do it wrong.
