I am seeing comments that we are not successful in recruiting linebackers. Is our coaching staff ineffective at recruiting this one position for some reason? Are there few high school players who project to be good college linebackers? What high school position would a future linebacker most likely play?

I don't think they are bad at recruiting that one player...It just varies from year to year, I think, with what players you are capable of getting. From what I know, and that is not much, linebackers are usually linebackers or defensive ends in high school...And a lot of them were fullbacks in high school. I only say that because I had a friend that was linebacker in college. In high school, he played LB and FB...

Why do you say Luke Sanders is gone to Texas? I feel that we will land Sanders. Its between us and the Aggies, so I'm not very worried about this.

We'll just have to agree to disagree. Sanders is impressed with LSU, he likes all the coaches and he will be wearing purple and gold next year.
