    Wow. She did it all. From pop to opera. Very few singers could cross genres and be successful like she was. Weird, I was driving home tonight from an hour away. As I turned onto the long country road that leads to my house, Linda came on the radio. Usually the radio is just white noise to me, but when she came on, it grabbed my attention because her voice was so pure.

    I agree Ronstadt had one helluva voice. Gave new meaning to "belting it out".

    Linda Ronstadt can sing....it's just she doesn't sing with soul. Post a video of one of her songs where she does. I like Linda Ronstadt. I saw her live in the '80s......No soul.

    She's a great singer though. Her style just has no soul.
