Anyone ever been? My oldest brother turns 50 today and this is where we are going. Never even heard of it but my sis-in-law says its good. I have a nice bottle of Silver Oak Cab for the trip over :thumb:

3637 Magazine Lilette Restaurant - New Orleans

A small restaurant, loud. They were behind on their reservations so we sat in the coutyard which was nice and quiet and the weather was beautiful. We all absolutely loved our food, its a pretty eclectic menu as you can see above. I had hanger steak and antipasta platter as an appetizer. I could have just eaten the salad. The steak came with fries which were devoured by everyone at the table, they were fried in duck fat. Two at our table had the halibut which was a special I believe. I've never had better fish in a restaurant, I'm very picky about fish. I'll return without question. And the wine list is unbelievable. Birthday boy ordered the wine, can't recall what but it was good and the bottles were emptied :thumb:
