    I am a big fan of the onion.
    So mine are normally onion heavy.

    Italian is my favorite. Yes I love the food of my heritage (Cajun food) but for me.
    I really love great Italian food.
    Pasta is my vice.. Love it, with a nice red sauce, little sugar in the sauce.

    Nah, but my wife is Italian, 3rd generation in America on both sides. Sicilian, to be exact; the ones who immigrated here actually came from Corleone (I find that very cool). My mother-in-law does some serious meatballs. My wife hasn't quite inherited the gene yet, but she's got the home-made sauce down pat.

    Same here my wife’s mom won a meatball contest in Philly. She uses beef, veal and pork. I juggle three at a time and eat them like apples. :hihi:

    Them old Italians bring it to the grave however I will visit them for xmas this year and ask her to make them peeking over her shoulder I will post the formula...

    I like eggplant parmesan when they can keep the eggplant crisp under all that breading and sauce. Not many places do it right.
