    We have plenty of threads about jambalaya, sausages, burgers. But I want to hear about the things you make that you don't see at every other tailgate group. What do you make that is unusual?

    If I have the time to prep them in advance, I like bacon-wrapped shrimp ka-bobs with pineapple.

    Basically I am looking for new ideas for tailgating food.

    Have you tried smoked buzzard stuffed with roadkill? First you find some roadkill and stake it out. Hide somewhere with your shotgun until a buzzard or two lands and starts to eat.............:shock: :cool: :( :confused: :eek: :eek: :eek:

    Grilled Redfish with slices of lemon and garlic butter rubber on them.

    butter rubber refers to a used condom on your fish...that is unusual...you win.

    I like doing Chicken Sauce Piquant and we do fresh wings with a couple of homemade sauces for them once a year

    I had peaches and cream before the Auburn game last year
