Meant to post this a day or two ago, because I heard this on the NBC Nightly News (Monday night's version). During the Clinton presidency, an average of about 250,000 (oh, and the word "about" doesn't mean what LSUMJ tries to use it as, you know +200% to +300% from the number he actually gives on his number of visits to the board) jobs per year in office. Sapling on the other hand has the magnificent track record of 69,000 jobs LOST per year. Oh, and for those who want to try to con the board into thinking these were government jobs lost, Sapling has jettisoned 1.2% of all the private industry jobs that existed when he TOOK (double meaning word) office. So, what we have is a genius Clinton who knew how to get people to invest in new jobs, new technologies, etc. versus a guy who is totally clueless and the best economic growth buster since Herbert Hoover.
"Sapling has jettisoned 1.2% of all the private industry jobs that existed when he TOOK (double meaning word) office" so bush personally fired or laid off these people?
Clinton created the business climate that created the new jobs See, unlike the hypocritical elephant men, he actually forced business to INVEST in new plant, new equipment, new technologies, and to hire new employees to get tax breaks. Of course, Sapling and the GOPers just follow their usual scheme of giving something for nothing and giving paybacks to the people who contributed to their campaigns. Oh, BTW, the 250,000 and -69,000 numbers should have said PER MONTH, not per year. As far as Major Jerk calling someone a liar, that is humorous in and of itself. This guy wouldn't know the truth if he bumped into it on a street corner. Not only does he initially LIE, but then he claims he never made statements, yet MORE LIES! As far as Sapling causing the loss of private industry jobs, all someone has to do is to look at his Howdy Doody, OUT TO LUNCH face and his inane policies, and the business climate would take a tumble. Then, he squanders the surplus and gets nothing of note in return for the money he squandered. DUH!!! Geez, I wonder why businesses lost confidence in the future. Sort of like LSUMJ getting up in front of a math class and saying he is the math substitute teacher. After the hysterical laughing would subside, everyone would just fall to sleep, knowing they would miss nothing of note.
