Make a run at Miles after tonight's game. He has a good pedigree and he has won in one of the toughest conferences. He's coming from a situation similar to Saban and it's unlikely he'll get a chance at Michigan. Michigan likes to hire from within, as Moeller and Carr were internal hires and Michigan likes to think it's above the sort of nasty little details involved in hiring away a football coach. Michigan thinks very highly of itself and they won't want to be in a situation that ND found itself in recently. They are very likely to hire from within when Carr retires.
